Scope and operator
This policy covers the current free, static FinSkillHub skills directory. The operator is Wang Xingjia (王兴佳), an individual based in Shanghai, China. Paid membership and payment are not available, and this site has no account registration or checkout flow.
Information involved in the site
- Browser storage: The site stores your interface language preference (
finskills:language) and saved skills list (finskills:saved:v1) in localStorage in your browser. The site code sets no expiration for these entries. You can remove them by clearing this site’s data in your browser. The list may not be recoverable after clearing or changing browsers. - Page URL and browsing state: Search terms, filters and language may be placed in the page URL to preserve browsing state. They may remain in browser history or be shared if you copy or share the link.
- Hosting requests: Static pages and directory data are served by Cloudflare Pages. Public skill sources and contribution links lead to GitHub. To respond to page requests, hosting or network providers may process routine connection information, such as IP address, request time, browser information or request path. Those providers handle it under their own policies. We do not control their log contents or retention periods, and the site application gives us no interface to retrieve those logs.
- Email you choose to send: Clicking the support address opens an email application on your device. If you send a message, your email address, message and attachments are forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to the operator’s mailbox. Do not send passwords, payment card details, API keys or unnecessary sensitive information. Support correspondence is retained only for as long as needed to handle your request and related disputes, then deleted or de-identified unless retention is required by law. You may request deletion by contacting the support address.
What the site does not do
The current site has no feature for submitting account details, payment card information or research materials. The current site does not use advertising or marketing analytics tracking, and it does not upload your browser’s saved list. The operator does not sell users’ personal information. Cloudflare Pages, GitHub repositories and Cloudflare Email Routing process information involved in their services under their respective policies. See the GitHub Privacy Statement and Cloudflare Privacy Policy. If you open another third-party link, email application or service, that provider’s privacy policy applies to its processing.
AI tools and third-party services
The directory describes skills for your reference. The site does not call AI models on your behalf or receive materials you submit to other AI tools. If you download a skill and provide information to an AI model, connector, GitHub or another external service, that service processes the information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Purposes and retention
Browser storage remembers your language choice and saved skills; URL parameters restore search and filter state; support email lets us read and reply to your request. We do not build marketing profiles from these features. You control browser storage. Support correspondence is retained only as long as needed to handle your request and related disputes, then deleted or de-identified unless retention is required by law. Hosting providers handle network logs under their own policies, and we do not control their retention periods.
Your choices and contact
You can avoid using the save feature, clear FinSkillHub site data in your browser, or choose not to email us. For a request to access, correct or delete a support email you sent us, contact the address below; we will handle it in light of the message and applicable circumstances. Requests about hosting-provider logs should be directed to that provider.

网站不做的事
当前网站没有账号资料、支付卡信息或研究材料的提交功能。当前网站不使用广告或营销分析追踪，也不会将浏览器本地清单上传给网站。经营者不出售用户个人信息。Cloudflare Pages、GitHub 仓库及 Cloudflare Email Routing 按各自政策处理其服务涉及的信息。你也可以查阅 GitHub 隐私声明 和 Cloudflare 隐私政策。若你自行打开其他第三方链接、邮件应用或服务，其数据处理受该第三方政策约束。
AI 工具与第三方服务
目录介绍可供你了解技能用途。网站不会替你调用 AI 模型，也不会接收你在其他 AI 工具中提交的材料。若你自行下载技能并把资料交给 AI 模型、连接器、GitHub 或其他外部服务，相关数据由你选择的服务处理，并适用其条款和隐私政策。
使用目的与保存
本地存储用于记住你的语言选择和技能清单；URL 参数用于恢复筛选与搜索状态；支持邮件用于阅读和回复你的请求。我们不从这些功能建立营销档案。你可以清除浏览器存储；支持邮件仅在处理请求及相关争议所需期间保留，不再需要时会删除或去标识化，法律要求保留的情形除外。托管方网络日志由服务提供者按其政策处理，我们不控制其保留期限。

你可以不使用收藏功能、清除浏览器中的 FinSkillHub 站点数据，或不发送邮件。对于发给我们的支持邮件，可联系邮箱提出访问、更正或删除请求；我们会结合邮件内容及适用情况处理。托管服务商持有的网络日志应向相应服务商查询。
